Please avoid I traded in my pixel 9 pro for cash they offered me £330 I accepted they got it and reduced it to £285 I accepted despite the phone being in amazing condition but the biggest issue is that payment took more than 20 days which is unacceptable so please avoid and use back market if possible as they send payment in 2 days really upsetting from them ❌❌❌

I recently sold my mobile phone through your online platform, where I was initially quoted £147. After sending the device, I received confirmation a week later that it had been delivered. Two days after that, I was informed that the device was being assessed.

Following the assessment, I was offered a revised price of £125.50, despite the phone being in excellent, like-new condition with no scratches or defects. I declined this offer. The next day, I received a new offer of £135, which I accepted in good faith.

However, it has now been over 10 days since I accepted the revised offer, and I have yet to receive the payment in my account. I have attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This experience reflects poorly on your service standards. I have also come across numerous similar complaints from other customers, which raises serious concerns about your processes and customer support.

I request that this matter be resolved immediately and my payment be processed without further delay. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and take further action.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Been waiting 2 and a half weeks for my payment to be processed and just been told another 7 and a half working days. Really really unimpressed. Was relying on the money as normally this process with any other company is super fast. Will not be using this service again and would recommend finding someone else

Next day delivery. Good condition apart from minor damage to outer edge. Screen and back unblemished.

The order arrived quickly, however, it did not match the listed condition on Amazon. It was supposed to be in “Excellent” condition (meaning no visible scratches at all), but in fact had two visibly deep scratches on the screen. Notably, the SIM ejector tool was loose in the same box and magnetically stuck to the back of the phone when opening the box, so it’s entirely possible that this damage occurred due to poor packaging.

UR kindly contacted me the same day following this review, offering a return/replacement, or a partial refund—I opted for the latter.

While the packaging was certainly poor, apparently the warehouse staff have been trained to do a better job… so clearly some oversight/QA is needed there.

I appreciate the proactive approach to customer service demonstrated by the support representative. I have revised my review score from 2 stars to 3 stars to reflect this, but UR certainly has the potential for 5 stars if changes are implemented to prevent this from reoccurring—I am impressed with the handling of the situation.

Avoid at all costs! Awful customer service. Plenty of excuses. Not sticking to time scales. Valuation of phone dropped dramatically even if very good condition. This company aren't what they appear to be online. Customer service advisor Milen was very rude. Didn’t seem to care much about the issues raised. On top of all that I was told I’d wait an extra 7 days for payment on top of the 7 days they originally said payment would be made. Woeful.

Over inflated valuation to get your business then a knockdown price offered. After that take an age to actually send you the funds. I won't use again.

Company offered me £150 for my phone after the original value was £309.
Once I accepted the payment they advised it would be completed within 7 days.
This was on the 31st March and I am still waiting for payment.
No contact from them until I chased and was told they had a backlog yet still nothing.
I have now had to request the phone back to use a decent company and not one ran by cowboys.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t sell anything to these people. They tried to offer me nearly half of what my device was worth saying it was marked when it was perfect. I finally got a reasonable price only to still be waiting for the money, nearly a month later. I’m still trying to contact them to get my money!

Probably good for purchasing a phone. I would be extremely cautious when trading in a phone. They appear to offer a better deal than competitors' for phone trade-ins, only to follow a pattern of revising their offer down once they have the handset. Now, I can understand that some handsets may not be in the condition the person looking to trade-in described, but there appears to be a pattern by UR for every trade-in – look at the one-star reviews here. For reference, I traded in an iPhone SE (2022) 64 GB handset, which I had always protected with a case and screen protector – the trade-in value offered was £80. Once they had the handset, they then stated that it wasn't in the condition described and subsequently needed to go through their '90-point' checklist. They then halved the trade-in offer because the handset had some feint scratches, to which I said fine, send me the phone back, only for them to have another look (?) at the phone and send a revised offer post reevaluation. What's the saying, 'if it sounds too good, it probably is'? Still waiting for payment past the 7 working days timeline.

Do not sell your phones to this company, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this company needs one, sent three phones in as wanted some extra cash for kids while they were off over Easter, they offered a bit below after inspection but wasn’t to bothered about that as still offered a good price. Once accepted was said payment will be in 5-7 working days, didn’t expect such slow payment but still before Easter. Hadn’t received payment by 8th day by the way no contact by them, so phoned up was told their having cash flow issues and their running 7 days behind on payment. We’re now on working day 17 and still no payment. Have requested money ASAP or phones returned otherwise it’s court & also crime number for fraud by false representation. To try and claim monies back.

Great value for money. The delivery was quick and the charging cable is good quality. I will definitely buy again.
