My herbs arrived in great condition within 2 days of ordering...that in itself is impressive!! Herbs exactly as described & the smell when I continually keep rubbing their foliage is just super awesome, my mental health is ok, but since receiving this order I am truly hooked on the fragrance & this was my very first order of ' strange & beautiful', a must for anyone who wants delicate & unusual fragrances with the added bonus of endless cooking potential.
I am currently looking to buy again.
Clearly, this small company really do their very best to please customers & I highly recommend you try them because 'cheap' doesn't produce the quality these guys do.

I ordered 3 pots of different herbs which I'd not heard of before. They arrived beautifully packed in sustainable packaging. The herbs were all in super condition and I look forward to using them to enhance our meals. Very good service from Urban Herbs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for on line purchase.

I love the range of unusual herbs and was really pleased with my order. I can't wait to experiment in the kitchen with them! Delivery was quick and well packaged, pity the courier didnt understand 'this way up' though! Customer service was also amazing. I had been after a specific plant and I was responded to very quickly and they then remembered me when the plant suddenly became available again due to a cancelled order. Will definitely buy from again and recommend.

Very happy with the quality of the order and packaging. Recieved in excellent condition in fully recyclable packaging. Even down to the use of paper tape to seal the box. Would recommend to anybody and I will be placing more orders for sure

I have just received my first order from Urban herbs, what a delight. Promptly posted and carefully packed. They are all settled in and looking really good. Such good quality at sensible prices. I bought one of the collections and a few others. ..will be ordering more soon

My order arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled. Arrived really well packaged and herbs in fabulous condition. Especially, loving my new cola plants which really do smell like cola bottle. I purchased 5 different herbs and planted straight into my herb boarder at home. They would have equally looked brilliant in a pot by the back door. Really happy and will buy from again. 😊😊

My herbs arrived quickly, in a very safe, special cardboard box, in perfect condition, with a present. (Yes, with my small order!) The delivery service was also great: on time, as promised, with a smile. There is one issue with this company: the variety of their herbs. I placed my order, then regretted not ordering this, and that, and that one as well... Oh, boy! I wish I had a big herb garden, because there are so many interesting, strange, intriguing plants to choose from. I got a 10% discount coupon for the next order... Hmmm... It would be shame not to use it, right?

Oh my goodness what a glorious smell on opening my parcel. All the herbs were really well packed and I was impressed with how quickly they were dispatched. I will definitely be placing another order in the near future. Really impressed with all of the plants.

Plants arrived in very poor condition, one was broken and the soil had come out of most of pots company has now reached out to rectify

Got my first delivery from Urban Herbs today. Four lovely healthy little plants in perfectly moist soil. Some soil had fallen out into the packaging but the plants weren't damaged and it was easy to slide the soil back in and tamp it down. Delivery was tracked and prompt and also included a free little packet of borage seeds, thank you. Had good email communication with the company, they seem like lovely people. I'm sure I will be purchasing more of their interesting and great quality herbs and recommending them to my friends and family.
