UrbanPro has been a very helpful platform in connecting me with the right trainer and making the learning process smooth. The app is user‑friendly, easy to navigate, and ensures seamless communication between students and trainers. I especially appreciate how efficiently it facilitated my CorelDRAW classes with Sheetal, allowing me to request specific topics and track progress without any hassle.
However, the app at times hangs and does not show new messages or scheduled classes instantly. We often need to refresh multiple times, which feels frustrating and like a waste of time. A humble request to improve the service so that learners can have an even smoother experience.

Fake leads and contact, Student inquiries are often fake, unresponsive, or have wrong contact information, leading to wasted money when using the platform's "coin" system to access these leads.
Coin/Payment System- It is a worst one.

Experience
My tutor teaches in a very clear and simple way, which helps me understand the subject easily. They are patient and never hesitate to explain a topic again if I have doubts. The tutor gives good examples and makes learning interesting. Because of their guidance, my confidence has improved and my performance in studies has become much better.
