Urban Textures Avis 

I first came across Urban Textures via B&Q but discovered there was more choice when shopping direct. I contacted their customer support several times with questions because I wasn’t sure how to attach the headboard, how the sizing worked and whether I’d be able to cover it in my own fabric. Every time they were patient, friendly and helpful and even ended up offering to use my fabric and create a custom piece. Pricing was exceptionally good value and I had the headboard on my doorstep within 3 days of paying. Can’t recommend highly enough, will definitely use again!

Urban are very approachable and even supplied samples to ensure you choose the correct colour , the order was supplied very quickly in good condition and the samples were accurate to the panels. i have used another company for a different room and whilst they worked the customer service is not as good as Urban. i highly recommend them for a good quality product at the right price.

DEALT WITH LATE DELIVERY SOME DAMAGE IN TRANSIT GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT FOR PRICE WOULD BUY FROM COMPANY AGAIN

Ordered two shelf units through B&Q, units were delivered in two separate deliveries. No problem with the first delivery but the second delivery arrived with the box badly damaged and some pieces missing.

I contacted Urban Textures including a photo of the damaged box on delivery and the pieces that we had received. After waiting a week for the missing pieces to be delivered, I received only two of the missing pieces, the plastic end caps and the brackets to join the top and bottom of the unit together were not sent.

The missing pieces that were sent were silver despite my order being for two black shelves and the photo I sent clearly showing all black pieces.

Have tried contacting the seller again to rectify this issue but have not had any response. Would absolutely avoid this company in future.

Ordered a wall panel, was made very well to the size that I needed. Lost One star as I didn’t receive anything to attach the panel to the wall which I was told I would receive with my order and communication with company wasn’t great. It's a chat system, when I tried to have a chat regarding my order a few times, I didn’t receive message back and was waiting for ages, before anyone replied, ended up calling the company number.
I spoke to Hassan who was very helpful, was all sorted and I received my order.

It's ok, but could be better quality

My mother thought she was getting a head board not just one small panel she felt she was ripped off. How ever l had a lovely call from the company today concerned that mum was unhappy. l explained yes it did look like an entire head board in the picture, but now days you would not get an entire board for that price. And that being in metric she may have thought she was getting an entire head board not just a small panel. I was offered a full refund which l declined, because my husband has bad Parkingsons and he now has it on the edge of the dinning table to support his painful arms and hands So from my mother's mistake to my husband being happy all's well that ends well lt was great to have a seller who cared enough to get in touch.

For anyone looking to renovate their space with style and functionality, Urban Textures Acoustic Panels are perfect.
I wasn’t too sure about what colour would go best with my living room, but they happily provided samples for me to take. Then even helped with working out how many panels I would need to cover my wall. Once I was happy with the colour choice they then happily offered to deliver the panels to my home as I couldn’t fit them in my car.

They were so easy to install and with them being eco-friendly that’s an extra bonus. My living room now sounds like a cinema room, I would definitely recommend everyone to check them out.
