DO NOT ORDER FROM URBANGENT.
They are scammers.
I ordered & paid for a leather jacket for over £57, they send you '3 free gifts', (3 very, very, very cheap items), & use Yodel as their delivery company (with tracking), so that Urbangent can say your order has been delivered via Yodel, (through my small letterbox), The Jacket I have paid for never materialized. Urbangent does not respond to emails asking where my jacket is?
In the end my bank refunded me.
DO NOT GET CONNED FROM URBANGENT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Do not buy anything from this company they are SCAMMERS!!!!
They will send you three cheap items, but I have not received the jacket to date.

Sent me three very cheap items and said there was a mix up with the shipping for the denim jacket I ordered and would be here end of February... still waiting absolute joke how can they be on trust pilot And I know I won't get the money back Avoid people

Fake website l paid demon jacket

As many have said "Total Scam" received three gifts which were worth £5 at most, main item being a jacket never arrived after several emails. Thanks to PayPal I received my refund due to shipping insurance.
"STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY" online.

Ordered item which came with 3 free gifts supposedly worth about £30. Received these probably worth £5. No sign of main item (jacket) After messaging back and to it was obvious i wasn't going to receive this or indeed get a refund. BE WARNED TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy from this company.

Do not use these people they take your money but don't send the product instead they do ping pong emails

Ordered a jogging set, which came with three gifts, which was cheap and tacky, jogging suit still has not arrived after ordering it early November,got in contact with the seller and they said they would send a new one still waiting , tried to get in touch again without success so be careful of this company.

Fake clothing, poor customer service!!

This company claim to have a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating on their site so it's a little surprising that this is the first review published.

Placed an order for 2 "Ralph Loren Linen shirts" about 6 weeks ago. They turned up and are certainly not linen, with the Ralph Loren logo stuck on with glue. Refused to give me a refund unless i paid £40 to send the goods back to Brazil!!

Avoid at all costs, don't be fooled by the pictures!

Saw a lovely looking Ralph Lauren linen shirt advertised, suitable for my upcoming holiday. They were priced very competitively, but I assumed that it was because the start of the autumn clothing season. The order came after the date promised, too late for my holiday. I opened the package upon my return from holiday to find that neither ordered shirt matched the description in terms of style, materials and brand authenticity. Urb Gents agreed for the items to be returned, but it meant that I had to incur the cost in sending the package to Brazil for inspection, in order to receive a refund. I refused to, asking that they arrange for my items to be collected at their cost. The reply was that the 14 days allowed to return an item had passed and that no refund would be given. I suspect that they cut and paste pictures from branded sites and then send orders to China or somewhere for fakes to be constructed. This is a complete scam site and should be avoided at all costs!!!!
