I am supremely pleased with the service and quality of URWizards. Originally I was shipped the incorrect order at first and with just an email they corrected the mistake and had the product at my door super quickly. The dice (both the original set ordered, and the extra incorrect d20) were all top notch quality. They're all super well balanced and frankly, I love them.
Props to this company on their great customer service and fantastic quality dice.

URWizards is a great company that go above and beyond when there is an issue to see that it is resolved. Due to COVID-19 my order got lost in the mail, but after a few emails with Rebecca they finally arrived and I could not be happier. The dice themselves were worth the wait!

Really happy with the dice set! I believe it's an amazing present for a DnD player! I also loved the customer service, the seller responded quickly, answered questions and helped when I had issues with my parcel.

I have never rolled better dice than this. It's good quality, suberb balanced and has a perfect weight in the hand. The fast shipping does it even better. Best stonedice ever :-)

Little sad about the covid time that makes all the dice shipping delay, but still I'm enjoyed and happy with the results! Nice quality dice, nice custom service and really nice after-buy service which could be satisfied at the end.
I have bought 4 set dice from them and thinking still wish to have more in the future.

The shipping status wasn't accurate and was not exact. I didn't get an email when the order was in my mailbox. Furthermore, they got the order wrong.

I got the dice as a gift. I like the D20 that had “YEET” in the 20’s spot, but I wanted F-bomb replaced with a SFW alternative. They were able to change it to “OH NO”. I got proofs of the dice before they were made. The dice arrived in a little over a month In good condition as promised. I can’t speak about the material like the other review. They are supposedly Lapis Lazuli, all I know is they are blue.
They are pricey, but overall I had a good experience.

I’ll keep it simple: I ordered some labradorite dice for $70+ dollars, waited 3 months as my package was lost in China with no info from the seller, finally received the dice and they were cracked and made of smokey quartz, NOT labradorite. (Smokey quartz is often substituted for labradorite and is often used in the jewelry business to trick consumers with a lower grade gem.)

A quartz set is worth $25 at most, not the $70+ I paid for labradorite. Numbers were poorly painted and off center, and the cracks render them completely useless in actual play.

Don’t bother, find a better and more transparent seller.
