Do not do business with this company
Koala has no functioning customer service, just deflection. My order was severely delayed, and after finally getting a scheduled delivery date, the delivery was cancelled the night before via text message with no explanation. I had already taken the day off work to be available.
Koala told me to contact the shipping company. The shipping company couldn't tell me why it was delayed, where the order was, or when to expect it, and directed me back to Koala. Koala's contact page produced no one willing to actually speak with me. I was promised multiple times that a manager would call me at a scheduled time, but no call was ever scheduled. Their site says you can request to speak with someone by phone, yet they refuse to provide a phone number.
Every update I ever got, I had to chase down myself by calling the shipping company. Not once did anyone proactively follow up, and what little communication I received contained information that turned out to be false.
When the product finally arrived, it had clear damage. I am still trying to get anyone at Koala to speak with me about it.
One last thing worth knowing: there is no way for a customer to leave a review directly on Koala's website. The reviews displayed there are curated by the company, which is why I'm posting here instead. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be bounced between Koala and their carrier indefinitely with no way to reach a human. One star. Would be zero if it was an option.
