Terrible customer experience when processing a return.

It’s been 8 weeks since I submitted a return and 4 emails with no response, I’m only writing this in hope someone will get back to me!

Wanted a new suit, you had one in not a dumb color. Purchased suit and arrived prior to provided timeline.

I was extremely pleased with my recent purchase of shorts and goggles. The whole process — from ordering to delivery — was excellent. Everything arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The quality feels great, and both items are perfect for what I needed.
Highly recommend! Great value and smooth experience from start to finish. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I thought I was ordering two different purple suits and they are the exact same print. I also thought I read these were polyster suits and they are lycra and will disintegrate in just a couple of months. I normally only buy polyster suits. Love the purple pattern but not two of the exact same lycra suits instead of polyster.

I ordered my swimming suit online without trying it on first and it fits perfectly and I love it! It also arrived before the scheduled date of arrival! I couldnt be happier! I will absolutely be ordering again! Thank you so much!

After two or three swims, my black swimsuit had gone to gray. I know chlorine is rough on swimsuits, but I’ve never had this happen before with a Speedo or any suit.

Good product delivered on time. Poor anti fog performance and requires treatment

The suit didn't fit well, revealed my nipples through the material, and didn't support my breasts.

The material doesn't cling to my body well in the areas it does fit and as with my last suit, there's a gap in the leg area where my private area can be seen.

I like the style of the back of the suit, but the neck is too high. There weren't many color options, either black, neon pink, military pattern, etc.

I've used plus size 20 in the past. It worked very well except the leg area being loose & open & I got tired of only black & wanted a style like the back of the one I got this time.

Entering the address and then trying to fix the situation. You literally told me you could not help. Its not bad customer service, its just non existent.

Didn’t fit as well as expected, a little loose closer to the knees which was weird. Fabric is good.

My order was correct and arrived much sooner than expected.

It arrived in perfect condition and quickly.
I was concerned about sizing so I called speedo and they confirmed the size to purchase. It fit perfectly.

To soon to comment on its quality I have only used it once so far with no complaints

The order was cancelled without my awareness. I've reordered and hopefully will get it this time.
