My experience was great
My experience was great. At first I had a bad experience with communication but once I knew who to contact everything went very smoothly and they were more than helpful. They replaced my glass top on my portable lamp because it had a scratch. They sent it out right away. So this is why I am changing my original one star rating to 5 because of the great customer service I received. They have wonderful products and would highly recommend them. Thank you for making it right.

Next Level Lighting
The two gorgeous table lamps I purchased (Echo and Knuckle), along with the replacement bulbs I switched out throughout my home, have revamped my space and taken it to the next level. Broken Muse Portable Lamp...
Although the Muse Portable Lamp is beautiful, it came broken - the glass exterior was shattered.
Customer server has been friendly but the process is just so slow, which is why I'm giving this purchase a 2-star... I've reached out regarding a return for the damaged item on the day I received the package. That was 12 days ago and to this day I still have not gotten a return label. It just feels concerning that it's taking so long and not sure when I can even get my money back...

My New Favorite Lighting Company
I just moved into a new build home, and am busy replacing nearly every light fixture. Lighting is incredibly important to me, and Tala is my new favorite lighting company. The fixtures themselves are high-quality, and the bulbs themselves emit the best light (please note: this is where I'm really picky). Their dim-to-warm technology is stunning. Shipping has been quick, and I love that nearly all the packing materials are non-plastic. I now own at least ten of their products, and will definitely be purchasing more. If I could work for Tala, I would!

Just perfect
Tala lightbulbs have been a go-to for us. We love the look when exposed plus the dimming works quite well for an LED bulb.
This Alumina pendant in Chalk white is our first light fixture purchase and it's beautiful. It's made nicely of quality material and will stand the test of time, design-wise. We're excited to install it and love it!
