The drops with white label were very effective in conjunction with the diet. The taste was much better than I expected. There was no odor at all.

I got sick from the drops
I got sick from the drops. I wrote to them, but they wouldn’t help me. I was so stupid to buy one more before I even tried it. I wrote to them that same day if they could cancel it. But they ignored me and wrote to me3 days after, that they can’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend this.

Hi Khadija. Your review saddens me as we both know it is not what happened. I personally spent a lot of time with you explaining what you were going through. Our products did not make you sick, but rather the foods you once fed yourself were now flushing out as toxins left your body and your body adapted to new clean foods. This happens on any diet when one changes from unhealthy to healthy foods. When toxins leave your body, you can get headaches and body aches. The good news is once the toxins flush out of your body one then feels really good. You cancelled your product after it was sent to you. We send our products daily via express post. I hope you do choose to do the diet and lose your unwanted weight, we are open 24 hours per day 7 days a week for support and are well educated in weight loss so we can really help you. Most of the time they are incredibly responsive. My only frustration is that they still have not converted their program to US terms and that can be very frustrating. Example: meatball recipe - heat oven to 200 degrees, well that is Celsius and not Fahrenheit! However, it took me a while to figure that out!!! 100g of meat - well that converts to .22 lbs. US - we need that folks.

Hi Thelma. The Pura-Lax are not for constipation. Constipation is from the toxins once fed to ones body. When one starts to lose weight and changes their diet flushing the toxins out can cause constipate. The pura product is a cleanse not for constipation however. You may need to source some thing from your pharmacy to help you with that. Emma

They have been problem with my order due to hurricane but they helped quickly as soon as i raised my issue. So thank you 123 diet.
