My item was shipped out super fast and was packaged with care. I was able to track it also which was nice.

No original box. My cloak was free floating in the box and is damaged now with permanent creases. Not a good look for my first kit.

Thank you for reaching out! I went ahead and took a look into your order, and I can confirm that you ordered the Wolf Corpse Model Kit.
These kits are packaged by the manufacturer in plain brown boxes and do not come with an outer box featuring original artwork or designs. The cloak being loose inside the box is also how these kits are packaged when they arrive directly from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, since we are not the manufacturer of these kits, we do not have control over how the individual contents are packaged. However, if you received any broken runners or notice any damage to the kit itself, we would be happy to see if we can assist with sourcing replacement parts from the manufacturer.
