Item received was NOT the blouse I ordered
I ordered a blouse that was pictured on this website for $29.99. When it arrived, the blouse I received was clearly not the blouse shown in my order. The neckline was different, the pretty floral detailing shown in the advertisement was missing, and the blouse I received was also too tight even though I ordered my usual size, Medium.
I contacted the company immediately and sent photos showing both the blouse I ordered and the blouse I received. I asked for a return shipping label and a full refund.
Instead, I was offered a 15% refund if I kept the blouse. After I continued to explain that this was not what I ordered, the offer increased to 30% and eventually 40%. I repeatedly told them that I did not want a partial refund—I wanted to return the item I did not order.
Eventually, after I again pointed out the obvious difference in the neckline, the company acknowledged in writing that they could “clearly see the difference in the neckline between your ordered item and the one you received.” Despite acknowledging the difference, they still would not provide a prepaid return label or a full refund. They told me their U.S. return warehouse was temporarily unavailable and that I would have to pay expensive return shipping.
There was no customer-service telephone number available, and every email was simply signed “Customer Service Team.”
After numerous emails trying to resolve this directly with the company, I finally disputed the full charge with my credit-card company.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
