U-Save operates a car hire desk serving London Heathrow Airport (LHR), based at the Holiday Inn M4 J4, 239 Sipson Road, West Drayton, Middlesex, UB7 0HW. Travellers flying into Heathrow can use the Hotel Hoppa service from the terminal bus stops to the Holiday Inn. Local customers can take the Overground to West Drayton or Tube to Hounslow West, then bus 222 to The Plough stop. On arrival, go to the rental office at the front of the Holiday Inn, not the returns office at the rear. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:00–22:00, including public holidays.

I then met Amy in the office. A really friendly professional approach. Nothing too much trouble! Made my rushing around far less stressful!

I found the reception staff (Amy) rude and very abrupt. She csme across very patronising when explaining the insurance. A stark difference to the experience with previous staff members.

They charged me extra fuel costs 3 days after returning my rental despite sending proof and documentation to show I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I when picked it up, I have had no refund in 3 months!
Customer support, in particular Kevin, has made no effort to resolve the issue, and keeps kicking me down the line

very disappointed with the service
I was disappointed that we had to pay an excessive amount for insurance so myhusband could drive the car. If I had known that we needed to use his credit card (which is linked to mine) to book I would have done so and avoided spending an extra $900 CAD. We will not recommend USave in the future and will
choose a different rental
company.

0/5 stelle. Estremamente insoddisfatto. Sono stato costretto a prendere un Uber per l'aeroporto perché la navetta promessa non è mai arrivata dopo un'attesa di 55 minuti. Il personale in loco mi ha detto di inviare un'e-mail per il rimborso dell'Uber, ma le mie e-mail sono state completamente ignorate. Oltre a questo, se non hai una carta di debito fisica, ti addebitano un costo non rimborsabile di circa 40€. Servizio inaffidabile, costi nascosti e assistenza clienti inesistente

Good cars, latest models, mostly low mileage. The one I had was almost new with a very low mileage.
I have been a regular U-Save and Green Motion client since about 4 years!

The car was good
The car was good, the agent was good, however, its been more than 3 months our deposit money was not returned yet despite several reminders.
This behaviour is not accepted from professional companies. U save should adopt good policies and ensure the deposited amount asap.

I wish I had read the reviews before renting. We booked the car from planet rental with full insurance , a 7 seater. When we went there , he said either we pay £2500 deposit or 300 sth extra to get full insurance even tho we had full insurance. The guy also lied that we’ll get refund for insurance we got from planet rental but that wasn’t true. He literally left us with no option. I have rented from sixt and drivalia before and did not have such a bad experience. The guy gave us a 5 seater even tho we booked 7 seater, had to go back and fight him . It wasn’t a good experience at all. Would not recommend them .
