U-Save operates a car hire desk serving London Luton Airport (LTN), based at the Hampton by Hilton, 42-50 Kimpton Road, Luton, Bedfordshire. This branch supports travellers arriving at or departing from Luton Airport and the surrounding area. On arrival, head to the bus stand area and take bus A, operated by Arriva, from Stand J. Disembark at the Hampton by Hilton hotel, where the desk is located. This bus is a free service, so show your booking voucher to the driver when boarding, and the same service runs for your return journey. Buses run at regular intervals throughout the day. For assistance, call the branch. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Fri 07:00–22:00; Sat 08:00–13:00; Sun 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 08:00–13:00.

Avoid U-save Luton at all costs!.

Avoid U-save Luton at all costs!.. Told I was to have a red manual car and when I eventually located it, it was a black automatic car!!!… The car absolutely stank’ of smoke… Video the car condition for my own record of scraps and dents… highly recommend this, though unhelpful staff never pointed this out!
Upon returning the car, the staff member went out of his way to look for faults… this is where U-save make their money!!… it’s a scam, even though I had video evidence it was there before!… this was ignored.. hit with £170 bill for the tiniest scratch on wheel hub cap!
I had paid £2000 holding deposit in case of a crash- they took nearly a month to take this off my card!… Please think very carefully before hiring a car from U-save… awful experience!

We cannot determine the vehicle condition or basis for the charge from this review. I specifically asked for one type of car, I got the wrong car, it was dirty and the customer service was very poor
