U-Save operates a car hire desk serving London Stansted Airport (STN), based at the Novotel London Stansted Hotel on Round Coppice Road in Stansted, Essex. This page also covers the Braintree, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Harlow and Waltham Abbey desks. From Arrivals, follow signs for the Bus/Coach terminal and make your way down to the Ground Floor Level of the airport. Take the shuttle to the Novotel Hotel from Bay 18, presenting your rental voucher to the driver for a free ride. The hotel sits close to the M11 and A120, a short shuttle journey from the terminal. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:00–midnight, including public holidays.

Forcefully rented baby seats on price…
Forcefully rented baby seats on price double the actual rent price. There was never mentioned that its one of eligibility at time of booking. Refused to handover the car straight away, even i made sure i will arrange my own baby car seat but they said cant take car out unless pay the extra charges. I would say they are literally thiefs.
On contacting the customer services they refused to do any help.

The pick and collection of the car was…
The pick and collection of the car was fine, the limited mileage would have been inconvenient if I was travelling further 300 miles isn't much for weekend holiday, I purchased extra insurance when I first booked but was advised at the desk I should take additional insurance which I declined, but the overall experience was good.

Service was perfect
Arrive and in no time my car was available. Yes, i did had to wait a bit as 2 clients were before me but once i was in all was perfect. The only problem was the insurance system. The booking was done online via CarRental using their insurance which was not U-Saves insurance. I did not pay extra because i believe CarRental would do a good job if i needed. On returning the car the hand over was fast. This was my second time using them and will be using them again.
