The measure of a company is how they react when a mistake is made. They sent me the wrong car cover, and when this was brought to their attention, they promptly and easily replaced the cover.
This demonstrated great customer service and integrity.

You covers are great. Keeps snow and rain off, and it's light weight is easy to roll up and take off. Only problem is getting the staps underneath the car, which sets low. In that, I came up with an idea. Take a pole, or board and measure the width of the vehicle, cut it so it fits underneath it. Screw a hook onto the end of it, slide underneath the vehicle, and attach the buckle to the hook. Pull the pole back, and hook the strap up.
The fit and quality of the cover surpassed my expectations. I was looking for a cover that completely covered my F250 and this one fits the bill

I ordered a top car cover from carcovers.com thi king that it would protect my corvette from the elements. I've had it for less then 3 months and every time it rains, I noted that it seemed to allow water through the cover. I sent a request to the customer care center and they were not any help at all - asking me to send pictures of the cover and wetness, which I did; only to have them say it is normal to gave 1% of rain get through as the "holes" in the cover allow it to breath. Well, this "cover" allows a heck of a lot more then 1% of water through as my car is as wet as it I had no cover on it in the first place. The cover only traps the moisture and then allows the moisture to bake into your vehicle.
Stay away from this company and look for an alternative companies. I wouldn't have been so disgusted if the customer help would have made a suggestion, but they just kept telling me this is normal...a car cover is to cover and protect the car from the elements, not just sit there to have the appearance like it's protecting the car.
Not impressed.
The actual car cover is nice except it only has two anchoring holes in the middle. So it blows off the car often. It would be better if they add more spots to secure the cover under the car.
I bought a car cover from this company less than 2 years ago that had allegedly a lifetime warranty and they think of me the runaround but somehow they got the wrong phone number for a guy who wants to buy a car cover from then they keep calling me trying to make a sale but they can't call me back to do right with the warranty on the car cover I bought we'll see how it plays out
