I didn't get the picture of the motor before shipping
It wasn't on a pallet as promised. In general the promised process was not kept
The picture that was sent after delivery wasn't the same as the motor that I got
I thought I bought from professional but got shadetree
I hope the engine lives up to the guarantee better than the service

The shipping
The shipping , communication and engine is good has been in car for about a week I’ll say seems healthy how it’s supposed to be since I ordered an grade A engine would recommend
I would say the driver tried to charge me extra for a lift gate when it was a free lift gate so I would say call there customer support if an delivery driver tries to get you for some extra money because engine expert advises free lift gate !

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive for perfection, but unfortunately, things don't always go as expected. Because the engine for your 1990 Bronco was 36 years old and sitting in storage for over a year, that likely contributed to the failure. Please keep my number saved; I would love the opportunity to help you again in the future.

Really appreciate the shipping and I got to the place on time
I really like the fact that out of all the research I was one of the best companies for the purchase. A lot of the competitors out there use third-party junkyards for parts.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We take a lot of pride in keeping our logistics tight and our inventory quality high, so hearing that your order arrived right on time—and that your research led you to us—means the world. Maintaining strict quality control rather than outsourcing to third-party yards is central to how we run things. We truly appreciate your trust and your business!
