Not what they advertise
Kept getting declines saying that they can't sponsor for the position I was applying for. However my settings showed that I selected that I am authorized to work in the US. 0 Interviews or interest from 200+ applications. I wonder how many of those are because the application was submitted showing I require sponsorship. Applies for jobs out of state that are not remote. No easy way to reach customer service as the chat support crashes often.

Beware of UseMassive.com – A Scam Operation
I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from UseMassive.com. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I subscribed to their service and canceled my account on the very first day, as documented in my correspondence with the owner, Dan.
Despite providing clear evidence of my cancellation and requesting a refund of $89.00 on August 20, 2024, UseMassive.com has failed to process my refund. My dispute was inexplicably resolved in favor of the merchant, even though I had submitted all necessary documentation proving my case.
Here is a snippet of my communication with Dan:

I’m writing to inform you that I cancelled my UseMassive subscription on the same day the account was activated. The charge was applied to my American Express account. Given their lack of response and transparency, I am left with no choice but to label UseMassive.com as a scam. I will be filing claims with multiple consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience across various platforms to warn others. Protect yourself and avoid dealing with this fraudulent company.

Complete Ripoff
I paid for the premium services ($297.00 for 3 months). I received ZERO interviews except for one multi-level marketing scheme. Additionally, Massive kept applying for the same exact job over ONE HUNDRED times, ushering in ZERO results. My personal Massive email has, to date, 565 emails; 169 of those emails in my inbox are from the same company! 30% of all of my inbox comes from the same source. There is no excuse for such incompetency. Avoid this service. You are better off using ChatGPT than this waste of a service.

dan(AT)usemassive.com can you explain to me how someone with my credentials (and who paid for the highest tier membership) was unable to successfully land a single interview? Background: Lazard (investment bank) -> middle market private equity (elite firm) -> vice president at VC firm. And still, I didn't get a single response. Well, I looked at how the 'bespoke' materials look that are sent to the company / hiring manager. My GOD... talk about ATS nightmares, on top of my job descriptions being distorted into prolix babbles of verbiage and industry-relevant lexicon in levels of severity that vanquish any semblance of reality. On top of that, I noticed I was being applied for "recommended" jobs, mostly comprised of random listings I had zero space applying for (construction manager; traveling nurse opportunities; I think once even a psychologist(???)). To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement and I would like to receive re-compensation for this terrible experience

I have tried cancelling my subscription multiple times over the last week. It does not cancel down and I have been charged.
Dan claims to read all emails, but my email about the cancellation and refund has not received any response from him.

The product works well and does exactly what it says it will do. I got many email responses/ interview requests from the jobs that Massive applied me to.
I will always stress about finding…
I will always stress about finding jobs, always. But I’ve also only ever done every single step myself so it can be tiresome to work so hard for a bunch of rejections even if I’m qualified. I think Massive is the solution because of the quality of jobs, important company data that’s nicely summarized, and auto apply which takes away the heavy lifting so my resume is put in front of the right people more often. I couldn’t apply to this many jobs even if I wanted to so I’m pretty happy overall and would definitely recommend trying their service.

Waste of money, time and hopes
I have been using this company since June 2024. I paid for 3 months and 600 job applications to be sent out. I have received one interview, one scam job application, and it has applied to a position as an unpaid volunteer out of the 566 positions they have provided. I have been looking for work since I retired from the military and I made the mistake of putting my hopes on this terrible site. They should offer full refunds if they don’t work as advertised.

DO NOT USE MASSIVE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
I did the free trial and decided to pay for it for 1 month. BIGGEST mistake. MANY things wrong with it.
1) the filters you set for jobs you want to apply to don't work. I selected junior and entry level and it was applying me to senior positions for jobs I don't even want.
2) you are only allowed 40 applications per month and that is limited to 2 per day. Auto-apply wasted those applications on jobs not relevant to me so I missed out on the ones that were.
3) Over half of my "applications" were technically submitted, but I received an email from the company asking me to enter a security code and re-submit the application or else my prior application would not be considered. That is to discourage bots auto-applying candidates.
4) the worst part is the customer service. I emailed them the first time and they responded immediately and were very helpful. I then emailed them 5 or 6 more times with user feedback and issues, NO response. I then canceled my account. They only care about taking your money.... from job-seekers. which is low.
I hate leaving negative reviews that will hurt businesses, but have tried multiple times to contact them with no response.

Does not do what it claims. They wait 7 days after your trial has expired to charge you then they submit your resume for some positions. Usually nothing happens. You are just going to waste your money on this useless app.

Doesn't do what it claims to do. In trial plan, all applications are queued but none gets submitted. They will wait for the 7 day trial period with the queued applications to attempt do charge on payment method provided. If the payments is successful the queued applications will fail in 2 days time. If they don't manage to charge or you cancel trial before 7 days they will explain failure due to expired trial. Just don't waste your money and time on this scam.
UPDATE: Massive reached out with bogus ambigous enquiry with the hope of getting this review pulled down. Unfortunately they had no intention of addressing concerns raised. Even more red flags.
