I filled out my capsule, uploaded the file, and paid. When I clicked "Send Capsule," an error message appeared, the page reloaded, and my money wasn't refunded and the capsule wasn't sent. I don't recommend it.

It is a powerful tool for tracking hours worked! It is efficient and direct.

In general, it does the job very well.

More responsive UI would be nice so I can shrink the browser window and leave the website open on the side of one of my monitors.

Pausing and resuming tasks could be a useful feature. Maybe even pausing a task to start a new one and resume it later.

Adding more details (like a description) to a task could also be nice.

simple to use, ux is friction-less. It has two main ways of recording time (manually adding and timer) which can be used interchangeably and works nicely.

Easy to use and precise time tracking. Highly recommended to teams of various sizes, especially for managing remote workers and contractors.

Timecapsule makes it easy to log my hours and get an overview of my work, for both my employer and for myself.

Pros:
Easy to insert hours in manual mode or counting mode.
Export CSV with desired date range for getting reports.
Has multiple projects and billing rate.
Just works.

Cons:
There is no integration with JIRA, Plan.to, Monday, Clickup, Slack or Trello to match tasks with date range.
There is no Calendar View.
When you reach the available project time, its not easy to "ask for more hours".

Nice to have:
Could have a export-csv automation to automatically send a previous ranged CSV each month.
Would be nice to have it and also beeing integrated with Google Calendar.
Could have an draft mode for extra-hours and an easy way to "ask for more hours".

Works great for small teams and is priced fairly when compared to others
