Usformation is a scam. Ive used other providers before but due to a higher price, i googled and found usformation and decided to try it.

It all seemed legit so i went and paid for the expedited version.

Now, time goes and about a month later I get my ein. I notice I got nothing else in my documents tab( article of formation, etc ), so I decide to ask them for it.

After looking, they have no support button, nothing.
I send an email, and a WEEK later I still have nothing but a vague response “you can use our affiliate links to sign up to mercury..”

Mercury requires article of formation or a simmilar doc.

Im still waiting on my documents to be attached to my file. Its a disgrace. My clients are waiting, I cannot charge them another way, and these guys wont take 5min to upload my documents.
