I signed up to be an exclusive agent for referrals for my area. I was held to a three month contract. They promised at minimum one to three referrals a month. With that promise, I was happy to sign up with them. Needless to say, I never received a referral from them. All they did was take my money. Don't buy referrals!
In response to the response: I never had any follow up from the US Hud team to see how my experience was. Once the deal was done, I was on my own. I do not feel it is my obligation to contact you for your lack of follow though.

The perception of deception

Notice how 98% of the 5-star reviews are about the sales conversation at onboarding instead of the actual service of the onboarding salespeople with the company with no mention of the quality of the actual product. Then notice how 100% of the 1-star leads are all about the quality of the actual product from very upset customers complaining about being scams and fraud.

I was contemplating investing in 3 months with this company. I am SO glad I took the time to read the reviews first because I just don't do business with companies that lack ethical code of business.

USHUD Deceptions

I agreed to try USHUD for three months, beginning in December 2025. There was a one-time set up fee of $299, then $269 per month for three months, which would have been January, February and March 2026. In April USHUD charged me for another month. When I questioned the charge, the person with whom I spoke proceeded to tell me that I signed up for an additional three months. FALSE! He sent me a recording of the conversation where the rep and I were discussing the Platinum plan, which she assured me was at no additional charge per month. But nowhere in that conversation was anything said about extending the contract for three additional months. At one point in the conversation, she asked me to state my first and last names distinctly. This, I was told when I disputed the extra charge, was me agreeing (verbal signature) to the extension. I was NOT advised that I was agreeing to that! Very deceptive! Hopefully, they have stopped stealing from me. DON'T sign up with these people. Do your own lead generation!
