Basic communication nonexistent
Wish I had read reviews more closely as my experience is identical to Jane’s in October 2024. No confirmation email, no response to email or Messenger initially and yes the phone number still doesn’t work. Eventually an email came to apologise for the delay- they’re changing offices?- and my order is on its way. Couple of days later it’s out of stock. Awaiting my refund now. A shambles and extremely unprofessional that they haven’t addressed communication issues after over a year.
