V4 Wood Flooring Avis 

I adore my V4 Walnut parquet flooring. Ryan at JayPark flooring was extremely helpful and very professional. I have recommended to all my friends.

V4 were recommended to us by our local flooring company . There was so much to choose from so Richard at V4 gave us his expert advice and guidance to help us narrow down our choice and we came away with some free samples. Thanks for your patience Richard. We would highly recommend them .

We’ve been undecided on which wood floor to go for since we started looking back in June. With our completion date for our new build now 3 weeks away we really needed to make a decision so coinciding with a trip to London for something else we visited their showroom. It was really helpful to see see such large samples. And has really helped us make a decision we have a winner!

Great customer service - staff friendly, listened very well to understand what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable.

We have had the V4 A111 flooring fitted and are very disappointed. We loved the colour and it looks lovely but it marks easily, and seems to leave these white marks which we can’t work out why they keep appearing. Floor has only been laid for 9 months and is also rippling.

Spent the morning with Rich the Marketing Director. So helpful. Rich spent a lot of time with me showing me the different products and explaining all of the different finishes. Gave me a big selection of large samples to take home with me so I could show my wife. Gave me lots of good advice and guidance about the performance of all the products.

The products are of a high quality the customer service is very good with a follow up email waiting for me when I got home. Highly recommend.

The design centre is a beautiful facility with all the woods and finishes all in large size displays that are really well lit and help you compare… there’s almost too much choice!
The staff were incredibly helpful.. and knowledgeable about the products. They were also very accommodating and entertained my seven year old the moment I tried to start looking at samples. Thanks again Georgie for all your help!

I was welcomed by Liz with a smile! Very knowledgeable and helpful with my requirements, I was offered a coffee while I browsed in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to buy. Liz kindly provided me with samples of my choice, couldn’t have wished for more.

On visiting the V4 showroom, I was immediately impressed by the space & the display of the wood flooring. With the help of the knowledgeable staff, i quickly found what i was looking for, a grey toned herringbone floor. V4 supplied the name of an approved retailer in my area, where I could purchase the flooring.

We went to v4 vaguely hoping to gain a bit of clarity from all the samples and conflicting floor advice. By the time we left Jamie had found exactly the right floor with just the right amount of info to give us the confidence in our choice. No sales pushing just honest advice and fantastic wood flooring’s, thanks so much.

We had travelled a fair distance to the showroom and this was more than justified by the engagement we had from the team. We spent an hour looking at the samples, understanding the parameters as they would impact our installation and going over the fitting. We did not feel rushed, Richard made us feel very welcome and was more than able to field our many questions. A very worthwhile visit.
