We attempted to finalize our Las Vegas…
We attempted to finalize our Las Vegas vacation on April 30th at 9:45pm and take advantage of your offer for free tickets to see OZ in the Sphere. No one took our phone call or replied to our time stamped 4/30 email until the next day. After we booked our stay and agreed to pay the upgrade fee to stay at the Luxor, we were told by your agent that the offer (OZ show tickets) was no longer available.
We asked her to talk to her manager and get back with us with whatever her manager told her good news or not. We still have not heard from her.
Please include the tickets for us to see our preferred show of OZ in the Sphere.

The service was great. I was able to book my first vacation and get out free voucher for a show in Vegas.

The young Lady who helped me was knowledgeable and really helped me. She was friendly and answered all my questions.
Not sure how to explain
Not sure how to explain, but, was difficult to understand the person who was calling me. Not sure if it was just a bad line, or a bad line and a soft spoken, foreign accent voice, but I had to ask for repeats a number of times. Still not sure I got the room type I wanted (sleep 6).....Never asked what time we might want to do the tour, and set it for 9 a.m. which is difficult for me to do; due to medical issues. Also, doesn't mention we have service dogs and therefore requested a pet friendly place to start with as they already cater to animals and therefore a much easier time checking in; whereas there are often quite rude questions about our disabilities and what our dogs do that can be quite stressful and also go against the Americans Disabilities Act.

A Good Offer and Customer Service
I prefer talking to people (e.g., CS) who have English as their native language, since I wear hearing aids, but I could understand Jenna very well. She explained the promotion, the timeshare required attendance, and the offered trips (even if we chose not to invest into a timeshare, plus the Disney or Universal tickets for 2. And the options as to where to stay. I selected the more expensive Courtyard by Marriott at $168 for the 5 days/4 nights. Jenna was even better than the maximum of 5 stars. Heck, if I had a business needing customer service, I would have offered her a job.

Rubin was fantastic
Rubin was fantastic! I have been trying to get my issue resolved for about a month. I told him that I was very frustrated and I was going to try not to take it out on him. I was very calm and he stayed with me until the issue was resolved. He was very nice and professional. High five and praise! My other experiences weren’t that positive. He took the time and effort to understand my dilemma. He was empathetic and totally disarmed the situation. He was extremely polite I had a smile on my face when the call was finished.
