A one-star rating is pretty generous concerning the experience I had dealing with these guys. I admit, I told them to F off, but their previous and post-comment responses were so far below a professional level.
If you want rubbish service and no customer care, you couldn't get a better example of this from VAG Parts.

Like everyone here, I received a nasty piece of work email from that lovely Mike. It was quite a surprise to be honest and did ruffle my feathers a bit. Got over it pretty quickly though. I have spent the last 15 minutes reading the reviews and laughing my head off. He is the Basil Fawlty of car parts. Can't get over the fact that the company has 'Vag' as its company name. They should probably use the Anglo Saxon name which rhymes with stunt instead. Dodgy as fook!

Do a bit of digging to find out who owns this company. It will tell you all you need to know about these pasty-faced, aging wanna be 1950s Kray Twins' morons.

Asked for a part in a colour. Just a general request and got a smart arse comment come back followed by threats! This is one of his messages.

Was searching for a part for my mini cooper & this place came up in my search. Emailed to ask a question after seeing that exact part I needed & was sent a reply "can't help you sorry". I then said I'm confused, because the photo of the wreck stated , all parts available. No reply😡 & wish I'd read the reviews first. What a waste of time!!

Shit service from Dan. Asked to help with a part I'm after & his reply was. Have you checked on the search bar on the website, cause that's what you do before you ask questions.

Customer service not included.

Takes 15 minutes to reply but expects the customer to wait with baited breath.

Then promptly stops responding.

This guy mistook a genuine inquiry for wasting his time, then proceeded to insult me. Don't bother using this company unless you like arguing. In the end was my time that was wasted. I should have read the reviews first. Can't believe he's even in business with that attitude

I was replied to via their website in the most ridiculously rude fashion all because I had sent two very short straight to the point messages about particular parts I was wanting... How this place does any business at all is beyond me if this is their style of communication... If I could burn down their shop right now then pass me some matches

The worst customer service experience of my life and I’ve dealt with people from all walks of life. If you want an arrogant bigot answering your questions and want a good laugh out of it then go for it 👍
There are clearly fake reviews on his google maps page, probably by his mates / fellow bigots who are trying to justify his racism and truly vile behavior, a quick search on Reddit and google will show you who truly Mike is as a human being…don’t know even if he’s dignified to be called a human being…truly vile.

The most toxic and disgusting customer service ever, they are not looking to sell parts but rather have some twisted game of excuse and deception. Accusations and the likes I’ve never seen in all my years doing online purchases has left me with the worst impression of any company ever. They even tried to bypass Visa and do internet banking, for which one can only assume nefarious reasons. Save your self the worse experience and avoid them like the plague.

I had a truly appalling experience with this company. After reaching out with inquiries about a car part number, I was met with a barrage of rude and condescending responses. The representative's (Mike) tone was dismissive and outright offensive.
One email stated, "My god, how did you even fill out your visa application! Get one of your kids to help you scroll to the very bottom of this email but. I give up. Good luck." This kind of comment is not only unprofessional but also racist, showing a blatant disregard for customers.
To make matters worse, I received another response that said, "You should not be working on cars. Your sheer ignorance and carelessness is a hazard to others. Thank god we will not be supplying you that combi sensor, because it’s almost a certainty that you have no idea how to calibrate one and you still won’t be able to make one work. Jog on, idiot."
This level of hostility is unacceptable from any company.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company] to think twice. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly lack basic respect for their clients. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

I politely asked a simple question about a part through the website form and received a rude email calling me a time waster.

Most people are review bombing the wrong business (VAG Automotive) on Google.

I emailed the company first searching for a specific part for a specific model. I sent photos and dimensions. They very bluntly directed me to their website simply implying 'Don't email - use the website'.

I was looking for the 90mm emblems for the hubcaps on a Mk5 VW Golf. Their description was "Emblem is slightly concave. Most commonly found on Mk4 and Mk5 VW Golf. If the recess is 90mm it will probably fit". Perfect description of what I needed. Sadly the items shipped did not fit as the concave is too flat, does not stick on correctly and there is a large gap all the way around.

What I should have taken more note of is their blunt disclaimer "I cannot guarantee it will fit. Do your homework first. No refunds or returns if you do not" This should have been a big red flag warning that they've probably had this problem before but continue to sell them! And clearly there would be no support if there was a problem.

I posted a review on the item on their website stating that the part did not fit so that other users could be forewarned. Next day I received an aggressive email stating "You bought the wrong part and probably did not read the description properly. You obviously do not intend to take responsibility for your own mistake(s). Your attempt at a damaging review will not appear on the store".

I replied with a detail explanation that I had emailed prior, the dimensions and details were exactly correct and I didn't bother contacting them because the website was clear on no refunds. I got an even more aggressive email back stating "Grow up and learn to take responsibility for your own mistakes and consequences"

WOW!! Never in my life have I been treated like this by a supplier. Especially one that won't even sign his own name to the email!

In summary - avoid this company! And expect your review to be deleted from their website if its not a positive one...!

This is the most rudest sales person I've ever come across in my life. Wanted to check on a part and he just told me to EFT off and call me an idiot. Worse possible person to deal with. Do not go near this place

Ignorant horrible little man. Became really aggressive and in the end told me to F/O and wouldn't deal with me at all. I will never attempt to deal with this company ever again and I strongly suggest that no-one else does either. They are very disrespectful and rude.
