We had a great experience with Valencia Theater Seating. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery, and the seats turned out even better than expected. They’re comfortable, well-made, and look great in the space. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend.

I recently received my Valencia Theater Seat and I’m honestly impressed with the overall quality. The seat feels very solid and well built, and the upholstery looks even better in person than it did online. Comfort was my biggest concern, and after a few long movie sessions, I can say it holds up really wel. Supportive without feeling stiff.

The sectional is robust, supportive, and the leather feels nice to the touch—exactly what I had hoped for. The sofa itself was undamaged, but there was a tiny tear in one of the delivery boxes. I truly appreciated that the team contacted me immediately following delivery to check on things.

Do not use! I ordered in September 2024 for Xmas delivery. I still don’t have it. There’s an excuse at every turn - leather delivery late, missed shipping, courier company at fault. To add insult to injury they do not keep you informed - I had to keep chasing them to find out what is going on.

Well more arms than legs..
After pointing out the many issues with the whole corner sofa (3 parts) and due to the lack of professionalism, instead of refunding my money they pushed the resolution of a replacement.
That seemed to be fair, but I had to wait until the end of February until delivery.
But they planned to replace just one part of the sofa..??
I've waited this long for one piece..!!?!!
So, did they plan to convince me to keep the other two damaged pieces..??
So...please someone explain to me what the hell is going on with this company..??
They charged me in full and delivered nothing short of trash...
We need a lot of hoops and a lot of jumping...

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AS THEY SELL DEFECTIVE TRASH/JUNK SOFA’S. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY OR YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE SOFA. I HAVE ONLY HAD THE ITEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND STARTED GETTING ISSUES, WHERE STICHES STARTED COMING OFF AND THE SOFA STARTED CAVING IN AND SAGGING, AND EVERY TIME THEY WILL FOB YOU OFF STATING, IT'S JUST WEAR AND TEAR. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER CARE IS A DISGRACE, AND THE SOFA'S ARE NOT CHEAP. I WAITED 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED. I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL REFRAIN FROM OFFERING YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. BUYER BEWARE AND AVOID AS THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. I HAVE HAD THE INCONVENIENCE OF SENDING THEM EMAILS AND PICTURES BACK AND FOURTH, JUST FOR THEM TO SAY WEAR AND TEAR. I WAS DISGUSTED AND APPALLED. THIS ORDEAL I HAD TO GO THROUGH HAS HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON MY HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH BUT THEY WILL NOT SHOW YOU ANY EMPATHY. THE SOFA'S ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT ARE NOT BUILT TO LAST, CHEAP GARBAGE AND CONSTRUCTION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY, FRIENDS OR RELATIVES. SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY.I URGE EVERYONE, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE, WHERE YOU ARE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. SAVE YOURSELF FROM GRIEF AND HASSLE WITH THESE CON ARTIST.
