Suspicious Company
I contacted this company before placing an order because I have a severe nickel allergy. I also asked for their company registration details, as I could not find a company number, registered address or phone number on their website.
They refused to answer a single question and simply told me they did not want to deal with me.
Their lack of transparency and refusal to provide basic company information made me seriously question whether this is a legitimate business. I would not feel safe placing an order.

The title of this review is false. We are a legitimate UK jewellery business and reject any suggestion that our company is suspicious or not genuine.
This review relates solely to a pre-purchase enquiry. The reviewer did not purchase any jewellery from us because we declined to proceed with the sale after concluding, from the information they provided, that our jewellery was not suitable for their stated requirements.
The reviewer states that we “simply told them we did not want to deal with them.” That is not what we said. Nowhere in our reply did we state that we did not want to deal with the reviewer.
Before contacting us, the reviewer also had full access to our Trustpilot profile, our website and our social media pages. Our business also has many genuine 5-star customer reviews across Trustpilot, Google and our website. We therefore reject any suggestion that our business lacks transparency or legitimacy.
For transparency, below is our complete response in full:
“Hello,
Based on the information you have provided, we do not believe our jewellery is suitable for your requirements. We would recommend purchasing from a retailer specialising in hypoallergenic jewellery.
We won’t be able to assist further on this occasion.

The reviewer contacted us before placing an order and advised:
“I have a severe nickel allergy.”
They also asked:
“If I have an allergic reaction despite your information, can I return the earrings for a full refund?”
Having been informed that the reviewer had a severe nickel allergy and was asking about returning earrings after they had been worn if an allergic reaction occurred, we concluded that our jewellery was not suitable for their stated requirements.
On that basis, we concluded that they required jewellery intended for customers with those requirements and recommended purchasing from a retailer specialising in hypoallergenic jewellery instead.
Rather than encourage a purchase that we believed could result in an unsuitable outcome for both parties, we chose to decline the sale before any order was placed.
As we had already determined that our jewellery was not appropriate for the reviewer’s stated requirements, there was no purpose in answering each of the remaining pre-purchase questions when we were not prepared to proceed with the sale.
A business that was not legitimate would be far more likely to pursue a sale regardless of whether the product was suitable. We chose the opposite approach by declining a sale that we did not believe was appropriate based on the information provided.
Our decision was made to avoid an unsuitable purchase, not because we are anything other than a legitimate UK jewellery business. We stand by that decision and wish the reviewer all the best in finding jewellery that meets their requirements.

Soooooo sparkly!!!
I ordered a pair of drop earrings for an event, as last minute a pair of mine broke! I was unsure about buying online as I usually buy jewellery in store, but there was nothing to worry about.
The earrings are gorgeous.. So pretty, soooo sparkly and a few people actually commented on them! Delivery was really quick as well, which I needed and Sarah was great. She reassured me that she'd send them straight away, and she did. :)
