This company claims to have been operating since 1997 and to have helped thousands of people open LLCs in the United States.

However, when checking Trustpilot, I only found one review — and it is a very negative one. This seems quite surprising for a company with such a long history and supposedly large client base.

Before engaging with them, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence, asking for verifiable references, and carefully checking all legal and financial details.

Transparency and reputation matter, especially when dealing with international company formation services.

I'm still waiting to meet someone from this company. They did not show up on their online meeting, though there were at least two additional reminders sent to me, through email and what's up and I confirmed again. I don't know what happened to them, could be something serious, but they should just send a message that they are not able to be present. This is not the way to get a new client. Nevertheless, maybe it was better that they did not show up. It would be much worse if I had started cooperation with them, from a remote country and have communication problems.
