Hi Josephine,
We are truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your flag.
For transparency to anyone reading this, the flag in question was purchased in June 2025 and had been displayed outdoors continuously for approximately seven months before we were contacted. Outdoor flags are directly exposed to sun, wind, rain, humidity, and mounting tension, all of which significantly affect fading and grommet wear over time. In high-sun or high-wind environments, deterioration can occur more quickly.
Our policy covers manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Because this flag had been in extended outdoor use for several months, we were not able to classify the issue as a production defect. That said, we did offer a goodwill discount toward a replacement as a courtesy.
We never tell customers to “pound sand,” and we do care deeply about feedback. We responded multiple times, explained our policy clearly, and documented the concerns regarding fading and grommet durability with our production team for internal review.
We understand that not every resolution will feel satisfactory, but we remain committed to being consistent, transparent, and fair to all customers. If you would like to revisit this matter, our team remains open to reviewing it again.
Respectfully,
