Not at all as expected-ships from from China- have to pay to return items to China
Not at all as expected.
Men's trousers have a massive elasticated section at the back that look like children's trousers.
Firstly the item took 2 weeks to arrive, being advertised as a UK company I didn't expect that.
It is shipped from China.
I would never have ordered if I had seen the full return policy.
UPDATE-Having thoroughly searched their website, it's completely misleading, it suggests that they only ship within the UK and the return policy is nowhere to be found.
So I need to return it to China and pay the postage.
It's subject to approval, whereas the website has very clear sections that say if you're unhappy with your order, you can get a refund within 30 days.
It doesn't say refunds subject to a review process, unless you look into returns policy ( not on website)
I believed the short statement, that I could get a refund within 30 days if I wasn't happy.
I thought maybe I hadn't been thorough enough but no, the address of the company is in the Netherlands,also having thoroughly researched their website, it's completely misleading, it says that they only ship within the UK, suggesting it's a UK company. The return policy is nowhere to be found.
I've asked for a refund, I'm now asked to send photos of all the bits I've talked about, like the colour doesn't match the website,the waistband,the lining.
I'm thinking that they're going to reply saying yes, that's the colour. It looks different on a telephone or a computer, the website doesn't state that the waistband isn't elasticated, so you can't complain about it,the suit is 100% linen even though there is no care label stating what it's made of, the lining is necessary for the garment to hang well or something. Okay, a linen suit for £75 does seem too good to be true.
But the white shiny polyester lining is horrible, the suits really shiny. It's much brighter blue than on the website, the elasticated waistband is appalling. You could never wear them without a jacket covering them.
And who knows how much postage China is going to be???
UPDATE- of course they have got back to me offering me a replacement with 100% discount, all I'd have to do is pay £9.95 restocking fee.
Postage to China is going to be about £15 if I don't want it refused at the warehouse due to
import fees.
