Company is doing very well, Have a better technology.

Team member are very supportive Like Shardul, Priyanka, Disha, MK all have a very good knowledge about Product and Technology.

So far we have good experience with Valuepitch. Few things on which I would like VP to work on: -

1. Court records access which is needed in cases where we cannot judge the seriousness of the record found.
2. Need a plan for the new records which we found without addresses.

Working with experienced and knowledgeable personnel at VP.

Especially with Shardul and his team, who is the go-to person in VP for anything related to existing processes or process improvements.

The team essentially has good knowledge of the products and the processes.

The ease of doing business with VP is the thing to look for.

The founder and CEO Mr. Venkata Ramana also is approachable in case of any issues.

Initially there were lot of issue and lack of support from VP. Post Mr. Shardul coming in we have seen expectational support and quick turn around time with good knowledge skill.
I still remember the project check he deal with us in short notice and provided report when i use to handle court checks for EY.

Sana and Disha have been excellent operational /CS support. This is my experience in 6 month of tenuity.

The response- as we are getting the response then and there

1) Court Check verification tool is a useful tool however quite often we observe the lag in searches.

2) ID verification tool is a quick and useful tool.

3) UAN verification tool - Its a good tool however jump in the pricing was unacceptable which was almost 100% more than the initial pricing. Even the existing price of UAN verification is almost double than the pricing as compared with other service providers in the same space.

4) Address verification through GPS: It was a good way of conducting address verification during the lockdown, however its not functional since quite a long time now.

5) Approachable and quick in resolving the query, most of the time.

Has a team they have been working well, appreciate efforts of all not to miss out Mitesh who was your ex employee, Sonali, Shardul, Disha and few more have made experience great. But yes lot more to come with AI coming in picture.
