Trainers restored to original brightness and look completely fresh
Had a huge noticeable Staint on my trainer. They managed to remove it making it look brand new
They are now based in Kennington Road. Please do not use them. If you have Trainers with bubbles please do not bring them to these people. They are steaming your trainers, the air bubble in particular and it makes the air bubble go dark brown. Anyone with some sense would not use Steam on Trainers with bubbles

We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the result, but we’d like to clarify a few important details.
Prior to cleaning your trainers, we took detailed photos—shared with you—clearly showing that the discolouration in the air bubbles was already present when the shoes arrived at our store. This is a well-documented issue with translucent soles, especially on certain models where ageing and oxidation naturally cause yellowing or browning over time.
At no point did we use inappropriate methods for the material, and we’ve been transparent throughout the process. We’ve explained the natural wear that occurs on these types of soles, especially with age, exposure, and general use.
We also want to acknowledge your frustration when you expect one outcome and get another, it can feel personal. But we’ve done everything to show that the condition of the air bubbles was pre-existing and not a result of our service.
Lastly, while you mentioned a large following, we believe honest resolution should never be influenced by social leverage. We’re here to serve our community with integrity, not to be intimidated by online pressure. We always welcome fair feedback but it should be accurate.

Tbh I have not one piece of criticism for vamp. They’re customer service is like no other and honestly from the moment I set foot in there i was made to feel at home. The team went above and beyond in providing me the best experience and ensured they met all my needs. Why go through the hassle of getting out a toothbrush when these guys exist.
