Host deliberately hides bad reviews and incorrectly processes payments. The stay we had was awful and the host of the property was threatening and demeaning. There's a reason why these properties aren't on Airbnb or VRBO.

I’ve received two bookings through Vancouver Short Stay for my properties, and I’ve been very impressed with their service. They are extremely professional, and all communication is handled promptly and in a highly organized manner.
One thing I particularly appreciate is that they offer complimentary professional photography for your property. This ensures consistency across their listings and presents each property in the best possible light. They also conduct thorough due diligence to maintain authenticity and quality, which gives me great confidence in working with them.

I had a fantastic stay in this North Vancouver apartment. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Seabus terminal, a variety of restaurants, and several grocery stores, making it easy to explore the city and take care of everyday needs.
The building is modern and impeccably maintained, and the unit itself was spotless, well‑appointed, and comfortable. All amenities were in great condition, and the décor felt welcoming without being overly fussy.
Communication with the owner was a highlight. Any question I had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience feel personal and hassle‑free.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located home base in North Vancouver. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Vancouver Short Stay is a strong complementary platform alongside other rental channels. What stands out most is the leadership, it’s clear the CEO genuinely cares about the experience on both sides of the marketplace. You feel that through the personal outreach and the thoughtful way feedback and questions are handled directly within the platform.
While we haven’t rented our place yet, the onboarding process and communication so far have been smooth, responsive, and well-structured. Overall, the experience to date has been very positive and gives us confidence moving forward.
