From the minute we contacted them to buying the vehicle we had 5* service. We had to travel 1.5 hours to view this vehicle so we contacted them before a visit and they talked us through the vehicle. During our visit we were welcomed and made to feel valued. Been to van national today to look at a new van, was undecided between a few different sizes so wanted to look around a range of models. Tom greeted us when we arrived, showed us where all the different vans was and let us have a browse around.

Was given plenty of time to look around them on our own with no pressure, after deciding what one I liked I was given the opportunity to take it on a test drive. No time pressure to get back which allowed me to ensure I was happy with it!
