Vantage West Credit Union Avis 5

this bank is a joke!!! ive had more fraud with this bank then ive had with any other bank in my life. i dont trust them with my money. theyll block my card and put a hold on my account for a purchas that ive been trying to make but for someone who has clearly hacked my info can pull money outta my account in another state several times. and theyll let it go thru. i havent even had this bank for 1 year yet and ive had to replace my card more then 5 times. do to fraud. its so not convenient that your not open past a certain times on the weekdays but not available on the weekends. so if your account is blocked on friday night as mine was. good luck with acsessing your money the whole weekend. my truck is sitting at the gas station bcuz i couldnt put gas in. now it'll BE there all weekend. and now i cant get to work!!! you guys are the worst bank ever!! nobody can tell ME ANTHING!!!!!! its LIKE everyone over the phone is PROGRAMMED to say what they have to say. NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS, WHY IS THAT??? WHY CANT ANYONE, NOT ONE PERSON CAN TELL WHATS GOING ON. NOT TO MENTION THE ATM IN ANIOTHER STATE HAPPENED WHEN I CALLED THE NUMNBER ON THE BACK OF MY CARD. THATS RIGHT. IT WAS THE 3RD PERSON I WAS TRANSFERED TO ASKED MFOR INFO IVE NEVER BEEN ASKED BEFORE AND I GAVE IT TO HIM BCUZ LIKE I SAID IT WAS THE NUMNBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD THAT I CALLED. THEN I HAD FRAUD. THIS TIME IS DIFF. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS ME OR NOT. I HAVE MY CARD STILL. INSTEAD OF LETTING ME ANSWER FOR MYSELF. YOU GUYS WENT AHEAD N SAID YES THERFORE MY ACCOUNTS BLOCKED N IM FOR LACK OF BETTER WORDS SCREWED. COMPLETLY SCRERWED. I WILL BEOING OUT OF TOWN SOON. N THIS CANT HAPEN. IT CANT HAPPEN. I CANT BE IN ANOTHER STATE N HAVE THIS CRAP HAPPEN TO ME WHEN IM ON VACA. SO IM THINKING OF CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE WORST BANK TO HAVE YOUR MONEY KEPT IN.THEYLL TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT EVEN IF ITS FROM ANOTHER INSTITUTION NO MATTER IF THE MONEY IS IN THAT ACCOUNT. THEN THAT BANK DECIDES TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT BCUZ THAT HAPPENED. THIS BANK HAS CAUSED ME DISTRESS EVERTY SINGLE WEEK. THATS NOT N UNDER STATEMENT EITHER. EVERY SINGLE WEEK. IS SOME CRAP WITH FRAUD N INSTEAD OF THEM FIGURING OUT WHATS GOING ON. JUST KEEP ON ISSUING ME NEW CARDS TO THEN BE BLOCKED N DO THIS OVER N OVER N OVER N OVER AGAIN. DO YOU REALLY THINK I SHOULD KEEP MY ACCOUNT OPEN THIS CRAP HAPPENS EVERY WEEK??? SERIOUSLY EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!! AND INSTEAD OF HELPING ME. AND NOT JUST TELL ME IM SORRY IM SORRY IM TRULY SORRY BCUZ YOUR NOT SORRY. TRUTH IS YOU DONT CARE BCUZ IF YOU DID CARE STEPD WOULD BE BEING TAKEN TO BETTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT YOU THINK? IM SURE THIS WONT BE READ BY ANYONE WITH POWER TO DO ANYTHING. SO THIS IS FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHOS LOKING TO BANK WITH VANTAGHE WEST. DONT DO IT GO TO FIRST CREDIT UNION THEY WERE AMAZING. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE WITH THEM NOT ONCE!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING. I NEED TO FIND ONE WHERE IM AT. AND TRUST PILOT WANTS ME TO SHOW MY ID WELL IM NOT COMFORTABLE DOING THAT SINCE IVE HAD FRAUD AFTER FRAYD AND SCAMMED I WIL NOT BE SHOWING MY ID WITH MY ADDRESS AND MY LICENSES NUMBER ON IT. SEE THIS IS CRAP ALL AROUND

unwilling to work take money that doesn’t belong to them and that has nothing to do with me false information, incompetent workers, unprofessional, disrespectful, and list goes on. I will no longer show loyalty to this bank when they decide to pull money for me that does not belong to them and that they give me false terms and false conditions and then go back on them. Please do not bank with this credit union unless you want issues trying to get your money back and help with fraud scams because they don’t do anything in that department. All they do is take your money.

The worst ever. Will NOT return phone calls. Took the money I transferred for my savings and put it directly on my car note/loan without my permission. Then refused to put it BACK in my savings OR adjust the monthly payment after taking enough to pay down 50% of the loan!!!! I have called and called. Vantage West is an excellent financial institution. They provide financial services that show their exemplary, diverse, and customized services. The members are always reminded that we are the ones who "own" the Credit Union. It makes me feel special and wanted.
