We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Vanwise, Harlow. We travelled quite a distance to their site due to their wide range of stock. We were looking for 2 vans but purchased 3 in the end due to the competitive pricing options we were able to agree with Irfan. The arrangement of the admin and documentation was very smoothly and efficiently handled by Kelly and Dave who transported all 3 vans to us was really reliable and helpful. All 3 personnel that we dealt with gave us great confidence in the company and we would certainly look to use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Send vehicle with major faults and then ignore every attempt of contact.
Bought a pre-registered vehicle only to find out it is over two years older vehicle was supplied four weeks after signing the order form and when it eventually arrived it had multiple rust all over and additional faults with the vehicle so rejected it as the 14 days less distance selling laws is there to protect a consumer. Since the rejection they have been nothing but challenging and then eventually ignored all contact still to this day very difficult to contact through the phone they don’t call back never had my money back still after getting the final response three months since I still have not had my money back I’m still owed hundreds and hundreds of pounds they are refusing to pay the finance company back. They ignore them they ignore me do not buy from this company.

Van broke down after 6 weeks
I bought a Van 3 years ago for van wise. On the first day i used it the door handle came off in my hand and had to get fixed. after one week it was burning oil at over two litres a week. The rear door lock broke after 4 weeks , and after 6 weeks the DPF filter light came on and the van went into limp home mode at only 45000 miles. the AA warranty refused to fix the problem as did Vauxhall .The van is now broken down and all wan wise said to me was it is my problem.

Faulty rear camera! Very poor customer service
I have bought a van from VanWise and all went well until i have paid the full amount , just to inform me that rear camera does not work.
I have agreed with them to send out a mobile technician to sort out the camera following week.
Nearly 1 month went by and still not sorted.
In the month period also the battery of the van keep draining and have to use jump start.
I have been in touch with the after sales, but the gentleman is saying “bear with me, as i am very busy”.
This is the kind of service they are giving.
DO NOT BUY from them as they do not care about the customer.
I have sent a text to them saying that i will be sorting out the camera at my cost, and i will bill them £700 as this is what it costs to replace, only for the afrter sales lad to say i am threatening him and he is jot a main dealer.
