Honest and fast company

A honest, fast and reliable company. Ordered from them multiple times. Quick confirmation email, and gets shipped the next day (or, if you order on weekends, on Monday.) Tracking for my order, never received a faulty product. Wide variety of products, from iGet, HQD and BIMO, and an affordable selection of tobacco. Quick and kind service, would recommend.

Don't do it.

Not worth purchasing from online - there's too many options out there to bother giving this lot your money. I received confirmation my delivery of 6 vapes was shipped on 17/09/2025. On 24/09/2025 I email them including a picture that not one of the vapes I received was any of which I ordered. 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a response. They'll also remove the USB cords from the packets before sending for some reason?
Just don't give them the business, they'll display stock they don't have to offload stock that hasn't sold to online customers. I had selected Out of Stock Choice - replace with other brand and similar flavour. Instead I received their dead stock of Kiwi Passion Guava (a far cry from Blueberry).

Terrible service, could not be more dissatisfied

Placed an order at 11:10 and bank transfer completed at 11:15

Had to message to ask them to acknowledge the receipt of payment.

They got back to me 5.5 hours later to say they would check and revert.

24 hours after I had transferred the funds they still hadn’t acknowledged it, and considering I had paid $17 for express shipping, that was completely unacceptable.

When they did eventually reply 25.5hours after payment was made, they advised they wouldn’t ship it until the NEXT day, which would then be 48 hours from time of payment.
They then told me the tracking wouldn’t be updated for a further 2 days after that (92 hours after I had paid).

Advised this was unacceptable and must be posted that day. To which they just refunded the order and had wasted 26 hours of my time.

Utterly unprofessional and a waste of everybody’s time.

Avoid at all costs!
Disgrace of a company!

Further to this…. The company failed to even process the refund until 4 days later, and only did so after I had chased them.

If I hadn’t chased them I’d still be waiting for my refund.

No reason as to why it hadn’t been processed just ‘sorry, we’ll process the transfer tonight’.

Complete shambles

The team didn’t contact me to advise of 24 hours for transfer to complete.

Exact message at 16:37 (3 hours after I messaged) was “we’ll check our bank account and update you soon.if the payments received you’ll get an email confirming”.

I had received no confirmation still at 10:55 next morning so tried to call twice (10:55, 11:03) and got no answer.
I’m so I messaged at 11:18 to ask for a response.
At 12:39 I still had no response so tried to call again twice (12:39, 12:40) and had no answer again.
This prompted you to message at 12:41 saying you had received the payment and you would post “at the weekend” but wouldn’t receive tracking updates until Monday.

You are lying through your teeth and people deserve to know exactly how poor your communication and service is either the facts….
