Very easy to order as first time vape…
Very easy to order as first time vape buyer. A little shocked that it just got posted through the door with no signing as my kids could of got hold of it, plus any child could order them as no check at the door of age which you get with places like Amazon even with nicotine free ones.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our ordering process easy, especially as a first-time vape buyer.
However, we sincerely apologize for any concerns you have regarding our delivery methods and age verification protocols. Your safety and the safety of all our customers is paramount, and we take such matters very seriously. We understand your apprehension about packages being delivered without a signature or proper age check, particularly in households with children.
We do however run a automated age verification check on every order placed with us based on the customers Address and Bank.
If our automated system flags up we would then proceed to contact the customer and ask for proof of ID.
We continually strive to improve our services and will certainly take your feedback into consideration.
Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring responsible practices in order fulfillment.
If you have any further questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you once again!
