The items were exactly what I wanted, delivered promptly, and free of charge. I would definitely use the website again for mods, tanks, coils etc. I just wish they had a slightly better juice selection, I could only see 1 that I liked and it was part of a multibuy offer, so I left it.

These are my go to vape juice supplier and I can't fault a thing

Delivery is hit and miss, they use Royal Mail, so 24hr next day delivery, even if you order by the cut off time, delivery is estimated, not actually next day in a lot of cases.
The out of stock isn't updated online, so it's not until after that you find out they don't have it, so they ring you and you have to choose an alternative.
Ended up putting a note to say which one to add if they don't have it in stock (this happened quite often).
After quite a few instances of the above, I gave up and found another vape company that have an 8pm cut off time, rather than 3pm, who also offer alternative 24hr guaranteed delivery couriers, and shows which stock is not available online - they're super reliable so I would now only use Vape Direct very occasionally.
Although it's not their fault Royal Fail don't deliver next day at times, they still could use a different selection or totally different courier service.
They did give me a refund the first time it happened but after that, all they would do is email me once I'd chased them, that they're sorry and it's not guaranteed next day, not the best really.

as a customer the people who sale the vape keeps you in the loop there communication is fantastic they even rang me back after placing my order tell me me they didn’t have enough to send me what l was asking for and they would refund me for the rest l said ok within 2days the money was in my account this is fantastic costumer service very pleased.
