On June 9, 2026 at 11:37 am, I placed an order (Order No. 5789881) as usual and paid US$189.17 for 15 bottles of Naked Cuban Blend e-liquid. After much inconvenience, I received two emails: one saying it would ship soon and the other saying, "Sorry, we are still waiting on our backorder, we'll get it next week." Today is July 14, 2026, and no one is responding to my emails. I feel scammed and am requesting a refund. I have been a customer since 2021. I recommend that no one order from this store, and I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Just to clarify, I’m writing this review for vapejuice.com. I love their juice! Sometimes the shipping time is a little inconsistent, sometimes I get my order within a few days, other times it takes longer. Usually I just email them and it appears to nudge them and I get it super fast. Happy with the juice from them thanks guys.

I forgot the exact day that I purchased for ask for pod juice magic maze Vapes and it only took about four or five days to get to my house in Pennsylvania. It was packaged in bubble wrap packaging I did have to sign for it which I was happy about and everything was as expected. Including the shipping and for Vapes I paid $71 where if I was to get it at The vape the smoke shop near me I would have paid about $62 for two of them everything was perfect and I will definitely be ordering in the future thank you so much vape juice.com I will definitely be a customer of yours and I will definitely recommend

We have no records of historic orders from yourself, under this name or order number. In fact, our order numbers are two digits shorter and typically begin with a "1". Poor customer service
Placed an order through this site, it took over 7 working days to arrive. When I contacted the company, the response was; in short “it will get to you, when it gets to you”
Following my honest review of the service, I have received a follow up from the company asking to edit my opinion. I did in the end receive my items, but still, unhappy with the overall service and attitude with the employees.
