Wrong and incomplete goods sent
Wrong and incomplete goods sent. Emailed the company to voice my concerns and rather than send a replacement with the correct items immediately and deal with the wrong shipment later I was grilled over why I was unhappy and sent a returns label to print myself which I did straight away. No acknowledgement of receipt of said return or email follow-up. I've dealt with this company for several years with no issues - I can only assume that some stuctrual change has resulted in this sudden woeful lack of customer care. My previous orders going back several years have always arrived ahead of expectations but now 10 days later (and without the product I've paid for) I'm still waiting without hope for my order to arrive. There's a slogan in retail 'that the customer is alaways right' but in this case I feel I'm being accused of being the miscreant rather than the victim of appalling customer service.

Good customer service when items went missing in the post, however I’d recommend they use a different deal method as Royal Mail at the moment hasn’t been as good as it used to be.
