Take your money even when not in stock
So first time I ordered they were great. This time I’m sorry to say appalling. Delay on the delivery then only half the order arrived!! I called and was told the other half of the order which was a different flavour was out of stock! I asked why I wasn’t informed and why did they take my money knowing it was out of stock to which she apologised but couldn’t answer me but assured me I would have it within a couple days. Now almost a week later still nothing ! I called again and ask to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting and would return my call to sort this out. Now it’s almost 2 days later and no call still. And still no sign of my order. This is not acceptable!!!

Please let me start by sincerely apologising that your latest order with us was not delivered to you as promptly as we would have hoped.
Unfortunately and as advised to you, the shipment containing your items experienced unforeseen logistic complications, ultimately delaying your order.
Once again, I am sorry that we did not manage to keep you informed promptly.
I have looked into the tracking details for your order, and I can confirm that the second part of your order was dispatched to you as soon as it arrived at our warehouse, that being on the 12th of December. According to the order tracking, I can confirm that it has now been delivered.
I do appreciate that we could have been more proactive when communicating the delay with some of the items in your order.
In any case, I am delighted that your order has now been delivered in full.

Would have expected a starter pack to have included a charger. This was 😞. Otherwise good service.

The starter packs come with the battery, the refills and a USB charger.
The USB can be charged via the USB slot in your computer or by plugging it into a USB wall plug to charge the battery.
