Garbage products are mostly defects and forget about customer service sucks! Not a real person and you never get a response.

I use to order with them all the time. I never shopped with no other vape company. I would always get my orders in a timely manner. Well NO MORE! I made an order Sept 2 it was 180.00 order. I kept looking for a tracking number and there was none made. Weeks go by and nothing. I sent several messages with no response. Then a package shows up from then that I didn’t have to sign for. Which was a month and a half later. Not all of my items was there! Missing juice .. missing 6 boxes of coils and a couple of other things. I reached out with a message and took photos right away.. no response again.. I kept sending messages.. then I get a message that they are having issues with their computer system.. so I waited again . Sent a message again.. then I get this response. Your package was shipped and received. No ! I did not receive everything in that package that I didn’t have to sign for.. btw they charge you for a shipping signature!! So I know this is how they are going to get away with ripping me off my items and money ! Approx 100.00 bucks.. So DO Not order from them! They use to be a great company. But not now! Thank you !

I got expired vapes after waiting weeks

They sent me wrong product and refuses to accept return...

UPDATE: My recent order says it was shipped. If it actually goes out today I'll change or take down my post.

I've been ordering vape online for almost 20 years. I've ordered from every big company. The only company I've ever had an issue with is Vapor Empire because they take forever to ship out your order. Then they respond and say it's being shipped then it's not. If you order from them because you need your products, don't expect it for a long time. I've given them so many chances to redeem themselves, and the same thing happens EVERY TIME. Even if you are saving a lot of money by ordering from them, while your waiting forever for your package you are going to have to pay outrageous prices for ejuice from a local store. I will come back and update this review if they ever redeem themselves. As of today NOT WORTH IT. Flawless vape will have you your product within 3 business days of ordering every single time.

This place is a SCAM,I ordered 100 dollars worth of vape juice,nothing was never sent out and I couldn't track my package.I looked for a phone number or how to get a hold of them for a refund and there is noway to get into contact with them online,no number to call or nothing please don't order from them it's nothing but a SCAM.

DO NOT DO NOT order from this web site I ordered over $300 about 25 disposable woofr and more than half of them are not working I will never ever order from this company again they have a no return policy on disposables so you get what you pay for my lost their gain never a customer again I will say I have ordered from the previous and never had a problem but this last order I am very upset about I literally feel like they just took my money

Cannot find any information on how to contact vapor empire and I've been looking for over 2 hours. I had placed an order and it said it was canceled but they sure got my money. Don't order from vapor empire

Ok I have been using them over 3yrs and really has been working out. I ordered on the 4th of December and didn't getvthe order filled until the 8or 9th. I received emails stating I should be receiving my order on the 12th. Cool now it has not been delivered and doesn't not say when it will be delivered. I think theybshould consider using another service for delivering the products especially during holidays. USPS always has problems and can't handle items during the holidays. Please do better.

Placed my order on 12/3, now the 11th and not even a shipping label created. This is the first time this has happened other than one other time it took several days for them to get it to the post office after the label was created, but what gets me so angry is that they don't communicate what's going on at all. They state that due to the holidays it may take up to 72 hours... It's been 8 days. I leave a message on the site and no response. I email them and get a "sorry, we're behind because of the holidays" but no estimated date of shipment or anything else. They have my money, but can't be bothered to keep me informed at all.

I'm still dealing with this nightmare 11days after making my order. They only printed a shipping label 2days ago but the order never got picked up.After being with V.E for couple years and spending thousands of $ the curtesy i get is customer service is ignoring every message and request for the refund.Don't know what issues they are facing ,but that doesn't mean that they can take my $ and marinate us for weeks. My main request is speed and quality and they failed on it big time.I'm done with them! I will update you guys how things worked out.Ip Update - it took 14 days but I did received my order.NEED TO STOP CHARGING $9 ADULT FEE ( LIKE OTHERS) AND IMPROVE THEYRE TURNAROUND TIME!

I've gotten two defective vapes and they charge you to ship it back to them then issue you a refund then charge you to ship a replacement product and an adult signature fee. I've always ordered off them but it takes forever to get a response from customer service and I can't seem to get a working device.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost $270 in their scam. Note: Vapor Empire does not offer package protection upon checking out. They say they do, but this is a lie. They only offer adult signature fee and I did pay for that. I would have paid extra for package protection if they had offered it. USPS also said my tracking number was fake. Vapor empire said lost package is not their fault and I should have paid for package protection. HOW? they do not offer it! These people are con artists and need to be shut down.

Disgusting scamming company. You may receive your order but you're bound to get a defective device, as I got 2 out of 4 orders. And they will NOT let you return anything. They will have YOU pay to return ship it and then ignore your emails. Stay far away!
