Was stupid enough to fall for the positive reviews! I ordered 2 packets of aspire tigon coils from this company, on opening i noticed they looked different to my other coils and were also slightly wider, I didnt give it much thought but when I used them in my vape it started gurgling, popping and spitting red hot liquid I have never had these issues with my vape before and when I changed the coils back to an old one I had the problems stopped. I contacted the company on 1st Dec explaining to them that there was an issue with the coils,no response, I contacted them again on the 11th still no response. Were obviously fake aspire coils of very very poor making and ive been conned out of £25!. Don't do what I did and fall for the positive reviews!

Hassan went above and beyond to help me. Called me personally when there was a stock issue and was more than happy to have a conversation, answer my questions and make alternate suggestions.

The service was very good, just a shame the disposables wernt brilliant. they didn't really last that long, but you can't fault the service, i've given a 3 star just because the products wern't the best.

Great service, quick delivery and friendly staff

I made an order for a box of Elux legends & several had spilt in packaging. I contacted the company about this and they requested me to send them back and I had to pay the delivery charge. I was sent replacements and once gain several vapes had spilt in the packaging.

If items are spilt in the packaging other companies request you to send a picture of this and they just get the replacements sent without having to send the broken ones back. Very unsatisfactory & the customer has to pay returns!
