Bough the vario versa. Came in the right colors and has no problems still. Very nice strap. I would definitely consider buying a 1918 trench watch or another model.

Habe mittlerweile 4 Varios. Preis/Leistung ist super.Service und Versand ebenfalls. Kann Vario also uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I recently purchased the Vario Versa and couldn’t be happier with both the watch and the overall experience. The design is clever, versatile, and fun—it really feels like getting two watches in one. The build quality is excellent , and the attention to detail shows.

What really stood out though was the customer care. The Vario team was quick to respond to my questions, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great products with genuine, personal service, but Vario manages to do exactly that.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a unique timepiece and a company that truly values its customers.

Ivan was really helpful when the watch I wanted wasn’t available with the strap I wanted and made sure it got to me just right. It’s a gorgeous watch and I wear it regularly.

Great service, great watch

I’ve ordered multiple items from Ivan, watches, watch accessories, and t-shirts.
EVERY experience has been above par. The ordering process is always smooth and pain free, the items always ship extremely fast, and packaging is always perfect.
Ivan & Judy go above and beyond excellent customer service. I always receive a PERSONAL email with pictures of my purchase and an estimated ship date. I am anxiously awaiting the release of a watch that has been in preproduction and Ivan has always been kind in giving me updates on when it will be available. I would highly recommend Vario to any and everyone.

Know Ivan since 2019 when he launch the first Vario Empire. To me he is different from other brand owners whereby he will engaged with you personally on how to improve his watches and seeking your constant feedbacks on the customer experience. He will treat you as a friend and shared on his personal thoughts. It is very comfortable in speaking with him like an old pal. Wish Vario successful in the many years ahead.

Ordered three tweed watch straps. Very disappointed when they arrived.
Quality was very poor. Uneven stitching, glue spots on the tweed. Blob of glue on one of the retainers. Paint (used to cover the join between leather and tweed.) was spotted and streaked onto the tweed

The biggest disappointment was that the were marked as Harris Tweed but were obviously fakes. This was later confirmed by the Harris Tweed Authority.

Bestilte en vinterjakke i starten af december.
Pengene blev hævet få dage efter.
Ventede i lang tid, for derefter at kontakte dem pr. mail, angående den manglende jakke.
De svarede hurtigt tilbage, at de heller ikke kunne se at den var leveret til os. Spurgte om vi ville have pengene retur eller stadig have jakken. Vi valgte jakken og har ikke hørt fra dem siden og de svarer ikke på mail fra os af mere.

I can't say enough how impressed I have been with Vario's customer service and the quality of the watch I received from them (Vario Empire handwound). I contacted them to inquire about this watch and learned it was not going to be produced past the limited run. I mentioned my wife was looking to get me one for our 19th anniversary. The owner said they had one left and was willing to let it go since it was for a special occasion. Not only that, shipping was extremely fast to the United States and they threw in a free seat belt nato strap as a free gift. I am absolutely stunned by their generosity and the watch itself is absolutely amazing. You just don't see this kind of customer service much anymore so it motivated me to write some reviews to tell others (which is something I rarely do).

Their shipping takes forever.
I’ve ordered a strap one month ago but still it shows on the way.
