NOT A US COMPANY - FAKE ADDRESS
DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT! I take a lot of supplements and all of them have the manufacturers information on the bottle labels. I was very suspicious of this product from the moment it arrived. The website looks legit, and it gives their address as being in Delaware. However, this arrived via an international carrier; there is no manufacturer information on the labels; no packing slip included with company information; multiple layers of shipping labels, and after carefully peeling them off, the original label clearly was from a foreign country. When I did a reverse search of the address, no such company located there. I have absolutely no confidence as to what is even in these capsules; probably come from China. When they first arrived the other day, I clicked on the refund policy and it went over to “page not found.” I sent an email to the support link and explain to them all of the red flags I saw with this product, including the refund page saying page not found. Of note, on their website they say they have a “90 day moneyback guarantee.” I finally received a response from them today and they want to give me a 30% refund to save me “the inconvenience of an INTERNATIONAL RETURN.” So there is the proof. This is not an American company and the Newark, DE address is a scam! Also of note, after I reported my concern with the “page not found” for refund policy, I went back on today, before submitting this review, and it was updated 9/23 (AFTER MY EMAIL TO THEM). They say you have to take the product for a stipulated amount of time and report back why you want a refund. Still absolutely no mention that you will have to pay international fees to return the product. There is no way I would ingest this crap from a scam company!
