Bought a Hublot strap that never arrived. Complained multiple times due to the long wait times since everything is supposed to be shipped via express. Weeks passed and nothing happened. I was confronted with a lot of different statements that turned out to be lies. Final answer I have gotten was "As the shipment is confirmed as delivered by DHL, please note that if a dispute is raised with your payment provider, we will provide this proof of delivery and will most likely win the case".
Obviously that could not provide ANY proof that the package was delivered, they didnt even have a tracking number.
I charged the payment back through AMEX.

These guys are criminal, don't buy

Product: IWC bracelet (€263.90)

What happened:
- Claimed product was "shipped with DHL Express"
- Promised tracking "in 1-2 days"
- After I contacted manufacturer Vagenari, Vauger ADMITTED IN WRITING the product was never in stock - Promised refund on Nov 20 - never received
- Lied about everything

I have filed:
- Criminal complaint with Italian Police (Polizia Postale)
- Mastercard chargeback
- Report to Swiss authorities

This is not a delay - this is FRAUD. They sell products they don't have.

Order was paid on 11 August by credit card. Order never arrived.
I sent several email enquiries to the official email address they have online , the address does not exist and it always bounces back saying "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. "
I called the telephone number they have for support , the number does not exist.
Pure scam.

Great quality for the price, arrived in 3 days with DHL. Honestly the best feeling strap i ever touched
