Good safe but the new app update doesn't work with older WiFi safes so I have to use 2 Vaultek apps AND I have to keep the safe plugged in at all times? Really? That wasn't very well thought out. I wish you still sold the older version WiFi compatible 30 series.

They offered to service it even though it was out of warranty, with no cost to me except to ship it there. It was not repairable, but they sent a like-new refurbished unit that works just like brand new. I was very impressed with their level of service and they have earned a lifelong customer.

Absolutely incredible customer service!! I purchased my Vaultek lockbox and the previous owner didn’t include the keys. Within one business day Vaultek completely resolved the issue.
