Vault Metal Avis

I've had a very positive experience with one of their employees, Ron, who knows the gold market very well. I use them for all my physical metals purchases.

In this industry, service is the defining differentiator - and Vault Metal exceeded expectations in this area. During my purchase process, I felt listened to, taken cared of, and invested in. There was alignment and clarity. All the reps and specialists who helped me spent ample time to explain, educate, and address my concerns without a dismissive or condescending tone. I purchased a significant amount of gold from Vault Metal about 2 months ago. I had been in touch with several companies and found their pricing to be the very lowest. They explained everything to me and were very thorough regarding the process. I spent several hours on the phone with them prior to buying my gold and have heard from them since receiving my coins. I can't say enough about this company and am very happy I decided to work with them.
