Ordered the sealant kit advertised but after 1 month began emailing but zero response

I purchased the GT40 pro precision vacuum cleaner on 01 04.2026 for £26.91 plus £5.80 for the enhanced battery. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE, wish I checked the trust pilot reviews BEFORE I made the purchase. If you buy you will be sorry. The performance is sadly lacking power to pick up the minute amount of dust even worst with the long extention attachment. I tried to cancel my order within 24hours and received a text at 4am the next day to say dispatched when in fact there was no tracking info . On 3rd April their was a tracking number but no shipping info. Their T&C's say delivery 3-5 working days from dispatch.Money taken from bank account on 3rd and 5th April but still no goods received until 10th. Bank will not refund unless you have sent the goods back which will cost you between £12 -£14.40 royal mail. BUT before you can return the goods you must get pre approval from customer service meeting all their stipulations and the product MUST NOT BE OPENED. work that one out !! You must do your homework before you buy any goods on face book because you will be out of pocket and buy unacceptable goods that they won't accept back and will cost you more money. Amazon are in my book the safest place to buy and return with full refund no fuss, no postage, collect from your door via Royal mail in most cases.A similar product advertised on Amazon costs less, has more information about the product specification unlike Vauscher Pro GT40 which has no spec label on the goods or the box and the enhanced battery appears to come as standard but no mention of it on the box or product at all and I paid the extra £5.80. Customer service will wriggle their way out of all your questions because their RETURNS & REFUND policy is water tight and you haven't got a hope in hell of returning unsatisfactory goods no matter what the reason.Do yourself a big favour DO NOT BUY this sham of a product in my opinion from this company unless you want to give your money away for nothing !! There is also no CE marking on the product that the manufacturer declares the item meets all essential EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements allowing it to be sold throughout the EEA.

Absolute rubbish,couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. Total waste of money,fraud even.

So I paid Vauscher £29 on 13 February 2026 for Seal Pro Transparent Waterproof Anti Leak Resin 300gm tubs x 2.
I had a lot of initial communications from 'Claudia' including apologies for late delivery.
I received Jaysuing Invisible Waterproof Agent 300gm tubs x 2. A product you can buybon Amazon and Ebay for a fraction of the price of the non existent Vauscher product. With no sign of the non existent 'free' application brush, I happened to send some enquiring emails, with no reply to any. To cap it all, the product does not work. Give them a wide berth unless like me you want to lose your money.

Sent me 2 vacuums and took payment for 2 when I only ordered one. Useless piece of equipment.do not get response from Claudia. When I used shop email it came back to me saying a virus in my email.

I wish I could remember to check out Companies on Trustpilot before I place orders. This is one case I wish I had, their website says head office in London U.K and all items delivered by Royal Mail. Well items may be but only after they are despatched from China. I have now had an email saying sorry for delay but you can have 50% off next order. Well I would not spend another penny on this company because they are obviously fraudulent. Did try ringing the number listed but no answer, but goy my money back through PayPal. SO DO NOT USE.

Don't buy GT40 Pro vacumm. This vacumm never works like the one in adv video. It doesn't even pick up a hair, let alone cleaning the whole car. It is more like a desktop toy henry. If bought, you have to return it to Germany address but must follow their t&c for a full refund. The Vauscher customer service isn't interested in any return, they sent me only a small print of T&C and return address to Germany at my own cost. They replied once, then no more. SCAM!!!

Pro seal sealant ordered off your site what a complete scam recieved Chinese cheap imitation crap ive asked paypal why they dont flag up any transaction from your website as fraudulent site hopefully you be blacklisted soon

I ordered a GT 40 pro hoover, enhanced battery, carry case, 6 attachments, set of filters and only received the hoover and case. Tried several times via email to get an answer with no reply and also tried phoning which the number is not valid. Hmmmmm is this company a company or a scam either way stay away. I don't even think Claudia is real.

This company claims to be uk they actually post from China ,I paid for 2 transactions charged me for 4 and set up a payment scheme with PayPal with out my approval,I cancelled orders same day which was1/03/2026 only sent delivery info from China expected delivery June 2026They are having a laugh and scammers keep away.have informed PayPal and expect full refunds.I have been inundated with false tracking from this companyEnvi Royal Mail Yodel Yodel said we have your parcel when infact it was at a airport n China don’t believe there website uk company 3 to 5 day delivery be warned scam.

Wood Splitter did not work with any corded and uncorded (battery) drills and compact drivers. The cone bit got stuck in the log and the drill would "kick-back" dangerously
The return instructions are unworkable as they only accept "unused and in original packaging" and the cost of return to address abroad is for the sender!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered pro seal which is supposed to be good according to the reviews. I got a tiny tub of Jaysuing waterproof agent which looks exactly like the picture in the company marketing showing you what not to buy. It comes with a crappy little plastic brush which is in the shrink wrapped plastic on the tub and an unmarked big roll of wide foam tape that should be a branded quality waterproof product. Do not buy from these people!!!!

Avoid buying a GT40 Hoover it is useless and not worth the Money .

GT-40 car vacuum. Don’t bother at £29.99. The company is excellent at marketing and their product description sounds fantastic but in reality the GT-40 despite the hype is average at best. Yes it picks up loose crumbs on a car seat but it’s not powerful enough to clean carpets effectively. If it’s average you want go ahead and order but I suspect there’s comparable average for around £12 on Temu or Ali Express.

The SDS bits don’t fit a standard SDS drill so I’ve been conned so just to let people know it’s a ripoff DON’T buy from these.
Also I’ve sent them two emails with no response I think that says it all

Non deliver and continued promises of follow up with no solution, then i received an email offering me a carry case for my recently delivered product - which had never been deliver. Dont touch them

Received the log splitters, attached to black and decker electric drill, it managed a hole of about 1cm then got stuck. Tried it on various thickness of logs and vertical and horizontal grains. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Asked for refund. Was requested to send video/photographic evidence. Did so. No answer despite my sending multiple emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Ordered a ‘U.K. manufactured’ Firemate fan from this company which claimed 2549 Trustpilot reviews with an overall score of 4.8. Having checked further, the product, if it ever arrives, is sourced in China and, despite several assurances that there is simply a courier delay, the product has never arrived. The Trustpilot score for this company is actually 1.5 from a total of 49 reviews. Never deal with this company!!

Two of the magic windscreen wands and a free pack of 4 cloths. The free cloths pack was missing and the wands plastic trash. Nearly 10 quid each !! Should be 10p. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
